Hi everyone. I noted on the Corp. Sponsors sheet that I can make a few calls. Unfortunately, since I haven't been here very long, I don't personally know many people at these locations. I put in the notes column that I "can call" a few businesses and will do so only if no one else personally knows a contact there.

You can cold call the contacts on the list. I just say I'm following up on the letter they should have received earlier this month and can we count on their support this year. So far it hasn't worked. Each have said, "it's the economy, budgets are tight," as their reason for not giving. I'll keep trying though.
